A Message to Parents

Dear Parents,

We understand your concerns about sending your children to Delhi for IAS preparation. The unsafe environment, high expenses, peer pressure, and lack of monitoring in big cities often create more problems than solutions.

Ravindra's IAS in Hisar offers a better alternative: Your children receive the same quality education without the distractions and risks of metropolitan coaching hubs. We maintain a disciplined, respectful environment where students focus purely on academics.

We believe that discipline is more important than shortcuts, and character building is as crucial as knowledge. IAS preparation is a long journey that requires patience, planning, and proper guidanceβ€”not aggressive marketing or fake promises.

Our approach is transparent. We provide regular updates on your child's progress, conduct parent-teacher meetings, and ensure accountability at every step. We don't make unrealistic claims or guarantee ranks. Instead, we promise honest effort, systematic preparation, and ethical mentorship.

Your child's safety, discipline, and genuine academic development are our priorities. We are not here to sell courses; we are here to build civil servants of integrity and competence.

IAS Preparation is Possible Without Sending Your Child to Delhi. Trust Local Excellence.

Founder's Message

Ravinder Dhankhar
Founder & Lead Mentor, Ravindra's IAS

I have spent years observing the civil services coaching ecosystem, and what troubles me most is the growing culture of misinformation, exploitation, and false promises. Students and parents are misled by exaggerated success claims, fake toppers, and manipulated statistics.

"Education is not a product to be sold; it is the development of human resources for nation-building. When we forget this, we betray the very purpose of teaching."

Social media has worsened this problem. Every day, students are bombarded with 'shortcuts to success,' 'magic formulas,' and 'guaranteed rank' advertisements. This creates confusion, anxiety, and ultimately leads to poor decision-making.

Let me be very clear: There is no shortcut to IAS. It requires years of consistent effort, strong foundational knowledge, disciplined study habits, and ethical preparation. Anyone promising you instant results is lying.

At Ravindra's IAS, we follow a different philosophy. We start with NCERTβ€”not because it's trendy, but because it builds the conceptual base every civil servant needs. We emphasize answer writing, not just content accumulation. We teach students to think, analyze, and articulateβ€”not just memorize.

We maintain small batches because we believe in mentorship, not mass production. We track individual progress because every student's journey is unique. We teach values and ethics alongside academics because the civil services need officers of character, not just intelligence.

To the students reading this: Trust the process. Don't chase viral trends or overnight success stories. Focus on building a strong foundation. Read newspapers critically. Write answers regularly. Test yourself honestly. Stay away from negative influences and distractions.

To the parents: Your support and trust mean everything. Don't let your children fall prey to marketing gimmicks. Ask tough questions to coaching institutes. Demand transparency. Choose quality over hype.

I am here to guide you honestly. Whether you join our institute or not, I urge you to make informed decisions. Your future is too important to be left to chance or deception.

Let us work together to create civil servants who serve the nation with integrity, wisdom, and dedication.

With best wishes,
Ravinder Dhankhar
